But the sidecar folds up! Your passenger will be sitting upside down on the folded up sidecar. The same thing happens if you drive down to Sen'jin Village and take some of the buffs from the local witch doctor. Goblin Machined Pistons can be skinned from Mimiron. Elementium-plated Exhaust Pipes can be skinned from Deconstructer. It is confirmed that these can be skinned without knowing the schematic and without the exalted rep status. Then I just had to farm and quest for the gold, once I had enough most engineers charge g fee for making one and buying parts for you so get ready to pay a big tip ;. But all in all i'm very happy and see it as money well spent and plus people pay to give them rides to places which is nice :D I can also confirm that the Goblin Machined Pistons can be skinned from Flame Leviathan on the Ulduar 10 Man version as 3 of them dropped when a guildie skinned him.
Do you have to pay I know it feels dumb to get that excited about a game but trust me, Building this was the greatest play experience I've had in any video game in my entire LIFE, Hard work pays off.
I actually got my bike before i got Epic Flying training, and i don't regret that decision one bit. Do it. Just the feeling of having one, with every player admiring you and asking "hey can i ride in you bike? Vardus of Rivendare.

Even though your chances of skinning the vendor only parts off the Ulduar bosses is small, people will still get them on your server. If they aren't using them to build their own bikes, they'll be going on the AH, and they will be up for less than the vendor would sell them for unless the seller is an idiot.
While you're saving up, just remember to check the AH every so often for parts. Occasionally you will find some up there on the cheap, sometimes even with very low opening bid prices. Not a sure thing, but all it takes is a few extra seconds whenever you stop by the AH to look, and it can potentially save you thousands on this bike. You could kick him out like you can with the mammoth NPCs. They'd prolly make it so that you can only access the vendor feature of Jeeves and leave the banking to the actual summon. This way both sides will be happy. Non-engineers get one of the best looking mounts in the game, and engineers get Jeeves as their default passenger. It was fun and all for the first few months. Now it's just! Comment by I got it today after buying 7 primordial saronite and selling them for around 2k gold each. I deprived all my alts of they're tier 10 but in the end look at it this way, gear doesn't last and after a couple of weeks their frost badge count will be back up to normal, but this mount will last forever.

Comment by Here are all the tips and tricks I found out about the motorcycle mount on my night elf druid :D First off, I am an engineer so thats how some of these work. Using an Iron Boot Flask or an Orb of the Sin'dorei, also dispelling Orb of Deception while mounted on the chopper makes your current passenger upside down. For Druids: Go to Krasus' Landing or anywhere your allowed to fly, Shapeshift into Flight Form, queue for a dungeon, I'm a tank so I can do this almost instantly :P finish the dungeon, mount up on anything, I go on my chopper, then use the eye thing on your minimap to teleport out of dungeon, without making your chopper buff go away, then Bird on a Chopper!

They removed the mount buff that passengers had to dismount Riding Shotgun , which is similar to the rider's buff. Instead they moved this function to the vehicle bar and if you have made the vehicle bar invisible then there are two options to resolve the issue.
Either make the bar visible or target the rider and right click on his unit frame. He alone will have an option called "Leave". This will NOT make you leave the party but instead leave the vehicle. Applies to all vehicle mounts. Comment by Lougara Vanity pets don't like the exhaust it seems.

The weirdest thing is, both are allowed to have the mount, just not the recipe to craft it. I know you can also reverse engineer the other bosses in the instance, but dont know if they will have those mats aswell.

People in your group can ride in your side car. Don't have to be an engineer to have and use one. Do have to be an engineer to make one. Don't have to own one to ride in someone else's. Gives an achievement to have it: Get to the Choppa! Engineers Only Get to Engineering.
This requires Horde Expedition Exalted. Easiest way to get this rep to Exalted is to do heroic dungeons at level 80 without wearing one of the tabards that changes the default rep into a different rep. You can also quest for it. Hopefully you can figure out how to do this on your own. Save up gold or the following items: Salvaged Iron Golem Parts will cost gold.
Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe will cost gold. Obviously, don't buy them for more than the listed price. So if you are not an Engineer, you will have to give your gold to the Engineer making this for you, and they can buy them from the NPC. However, because of the rarity of choppers anyway, it is usually available regardless. If the Engineer says it's not available, take their word for it and try again in a couple hours or the next day.
If, more than likely, you are at K3 when you have collected your final mats, there is an anvil within K3 the chopper can be made at. Not sure which patch changed this, but this is no longer the case. Now that Roxi Ramrocket is the only source of these mats, you will practically never see them on the Auction House anymore. However, since these mats are bought from a vendor, the guild perk can be used for a discount.
No other forms of discounts are currently known. If you do not have this perk, you can check the Auction House to see if someone who does is selling at a discount. Since it could potentially save you money, why not check? In order for them to confirm it was a scam, make sure the entire transaction is negotiated using in-game text chat so the GM can read the chat log and confirm that you have been scammed.
Hopefully this won't happen anyway, but This 'scam protection' is provided for all forms of scams, including the 'give you the mats to make an item and you keep them and give me nothing' scam, as scamming is against the ToS! I recommend, for Engineers making this for yourself, after you make your first one, check your realm to see if there's anyone willing to buy this for extremely high prices like, 20k or higher, perhaps even 30k.
If you get enough profit, make another one and attempt to sell it. Keep going until you don't get any buyers for awhile, making and selling one by one, and then if you go a long time and can't sell your current one for a profit, THEN learn it yourself. This vendor NPC has no associated faction, the discount for Goblins treats them as if they were exalted with all factions. It's the same deal with Michelle De Rum. It's possible the vendor had a faction affilation at one point, that is no longer the case.
