Is Final Stand somehow a prequel to BF ? LevelCap said it in one of his more recent videos. If confirmed the main Battlefield-universe would be connected with that of BF Final Stand focus the conclusion of the War of and it is a prequel to Battlefield So is it a fireback at Call of Duty's futuristic titles?

This is a guide to Battlefield 4 Multiplayer, this hopefully will be useful to Beginners coming to BF4 and also maybe help out experienced BF Players also.
Most of the information is from various websites and some info from me. If you notice anything is incorrect or you have better info then feel free to let me know. Would be good if experienced BF players could add to it also if I have missed anything. You first off want to add your Gamertag in the following thread, add other members also.
Sign up to Battlelog if you have not already. This can only be done via the Website and not the App. Once you have setup your tag and your soldier you can also modify your Loadout for MP and also see your stats and Awards and also unlocks. You can also track certain stats and upcoming unlocks and awards and also see Reports from the MP games you have played.
Both on Android and iOS. You can track all the stats awards and set your loadout from within these apps also. I rarely talk in party chat and normally have music playing while online. Now with Kinect and BF4 you have the ability to shout out orders or ask for help using voice commands. You can check this via settings in game and Kinect settings. Look at the voice commands and remember them as they will help later on.
This will all come clear as you read on. Now you have your Clan Tag, Your MIC or Kinect setup and you know what you are going to shout out at the screen when in the middle of battle. Now before we jump into a game lets discuss a few Basics of Battlefield which makes it a bit different to other FPS.
Spotting is a useful tactic in Battlefield 4's Multiplayer. Use the spot button while looking at an enemy soldier or vehicle to tag them for your team. If a soldier is tagged, they will have a red upside-down triangle over their head. If a vehicle is tagged, they will be marked with a red star and a small red icon of the vehicle. Your entire team will be able to see a spotted soldier or vehicle until it goes out of your line of sight for a few seconds.
Why would you spot an enemy instead of dealing with them yourself? Well, if you have a weapon that's best suited for close range combat, like a PDW or Shotgun, and you see an enemy in the distance, you should spot the soldier for your team to take out. If you see a heavily armored vehicle and you don't have any explosives, spot the vehicle for engineers or other friendly vehicles to eliminate.
If a team mate or squad mate kills the enemy combatant you spotted, you will earn 20 Score for your Rank and for the Kit you are using.
Squads Squads - Battlefield 4's Multiplayer allows players to group together in Squads consisting of five soldiers. You will be automatically placed in a Squad when you join a match, or you can choose to join another squad at the pause menu. Squads allow players to work in close-knit groups to complete the objective in each Game Mode. You will also earn extra score while working with your squad.
Most game modes allow players to spawn at their base, on an objective, or on one of their squad mates. This can be used to the team's advantage to get up close to an objective without having to travel a long distance. Field Upgrades are the new specializations in Battlefield 4 that revolve around squad play. Each path unlocks from level one to four as you perform squad actions like resupplies, repairs, healing, and following orders.
Each squad will have one Squad Leader to make the decisions for the entire squad. They are marked by a star next to their name in the squad menu.
The majority of decisions include attacking or defending an objective. Use the Spot Button to mark an objective that must be attacked or defended. The objective will be marked in green, and squad mates that play around the marked area will earn extra points. Field Upgrades. MedPacks vs MedBags: Medpacks can be thrown at your target and only heal 1 person at a time and they are healed while on the run until they take damage. Medbags are dropped right in front of you and can heal multiple targets tho players have to stay in the area of effect to be healed. My personal preference is the Medpacks on bigger levels for CQ because you can throw and forget versus a map like Operation Locker you'll want the MedBag stationary right next to the action so it's a constant healing machine.
You can revive from a good 10 feet or so away from the fallen teammate. If you don't have time to charge up fully, throw a medpack at them right after you revive. Engineer - The Engineer Class is the Engineer of the team, just as the name implies. The main role of the Engineer is to disable and destroy enemy vehicles using various gadgets while keeping friendly vehicles in top shape with the Repair Tool.
These weapons are best suited for close quarter combat, which is perfect when fighting near vehicles. If you're actually facing other vehicles, it's best to stick with the anti-vehicle gadgets in the next section. The other specialty weapon of the Engineer Kit is the Carbine. After earning 15, Engineer Score, you can unlock this weapon category.
These weapons are very similar to PDWs, but have slightly better range. Use them in close to medium range engagements. The majority include both free-fire and lock-on rocket launchers for ground and aerial vehicles. The most important Gadget for Engineers may be the Repair Tool. This gadget can repair friendly vehicles and destroy enemy vehicles, so it's best to keep that one handy at all times! Support - The Support Class is the heavy gunner and support soldier of the squad.
These weapons allow players to lay down a constant barrage of suppressive fire with up to rounds for each box magazine. LMG accuracy isn't that great, but with the Bipod attachment, recoil is kept to a minimum even at a distance. The other specialty weapon of the Support Kit is the Shotgun. After earning 16, Support Score, you can unlock this weapon category. As most know, Shotguns are best used in close quarter combat.
They have very limited range, but pack a massive punch. Support Kit Gadgets The Support Kit has a variety of gadgets to help the team offensively and defensively. Two of the most important gadgets are the Ammo Box and Ammo Pack. Use these to keep a constant supply of ammunition to your squad! There are also a number of explosive gadgets available to the Support Kit.
The XM25 is a weapon that can deliver explosive, smoke, and dart rounds to enemies from medium, close, and long ranges. The M Mortar can lay down offensive support fire for your team while keeping you a great distance from the battle. The Claymore is another explosive that can be used for defence that will trigger when an enemy gets near it.
And C4 can be used in a number of ways for offensive or defensive measures. Use C4 to lay traps for enemy infantry or even ground vehicles! Recon - The Recon Class is the Reconnaissance and sniper of the squad. Their role is to relay intel to the team on enemy infantry and vehicle locations using various gadgets while providing sniper support.
In Battlefield 4, Sniper Rifles are bolt-action rifles with high-powered scoped that can deal massive damage to an enemy. These weapons are best suited for long range combat. After earning 13, Recon Score, you can unlock this weapon category. Just like Sniper Rifles, they are best suited for long range combat, but not as long range as sniper rifles. They are semi-automatic rifles that have a variety of optics. For that reason, they can be used for medium range engagements.
Recon Kit Gadgets The Recon Kit has access to a number of gadgets that are useful to the entire squad. The majority are support measures, but the C4 Explosives and Claymores can be used for defence, and if the player is lucky enough, C4 can even be used in offensive roles.
This allows engineers and players using lock-on rockets in vehicles to quickly fire upon enemy vehicles. The MAV is a small remote control vehicle that can target enemies at a long distance, the Motion Sensor can be thrown and target enemies within a small distance for a few seconds, and the T-UGS can track any movement near the gadget.
Another very important, and often underused, gadget is the Radio Beacon. Use this as a mobile spawn point to get your squad behind enemy lines. Bring a number of soldiers in the enemy base before the opposing team knows what hit them! To Change your loadout during a game you have to do it before you Spawn, From the Spawn Menu you can customize your weapons, attachements and gadgets to take into Battle and also Vehicles and Perks for them. Press X when in the spawn Menu and it should take you to the loadout screen.
